• We’re up two rounds of “apple bits on top of random pastry” and the apple parts of these were yummy both times, but neither time did they make me shout “Eureka!” This weekend I’m planning to do scones with apple bits and hypocrite pie. I even got lard last week in preparation for pie crust season.

  And I have a request for madelines. You know, like in Transporter. (that’s all I know about them so far. I bet I can make trial attempts in muffin tin though.)

  In other news, Shiner Bock has retaken its title as my default beer of choice. It’s cheaper than the local microbrews, and I’ve always liked it better than Fat Tire.

  1. Math stat hw 9
  2. econ hw 4 (yes, still)
  3. maybe stare at my queue and demand “why do you not give expected results, crazy thing?!”
