• Apple Cake – A found recipe

  1. 3/4 oil
  2. 3/4 c sugar
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 2 tsp vanilla
  5. 2 c flour
  6. 1 tsp baking soda
  7. 1 tsp cinnamon
  8. 2 1/2 c chopped apples

  mix 1&2, then add 3&4. then 5-7. Fold in 8, and baking for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

  Original recipe had only 1/4 c oil, and included chocolate chips. The taste is a little off. I’m thinking of using just 1 tsp vanilla next time. Or maybe making it in an 11×7 sheet pan and doing kind of a streusel coffee cake topping.
