KOLACHES!
Recipe
We only made sausage ones. (I wish I had been patient enough to add cheese at least.. ) I’ll have to do some thinking/research about sweet fillings.They’re recognizably kolaches – which means awesome! This is really going to help my “what do I pack for lunch?” this semester – just bring a few kolaches! woo!
It took about 4 hrs (most of which was letting things rise) and made 14.

Those are called klobasnicky. What kind of sausage did you use? I’ll bet they were tasty!
Solo makes some really good canned fillings suitable for kolache- apricot, poppyseed, prune…mmmmmmm. I also have recipes I can send you for both ricotta and cream cheese fillings if you want them. My favorite is poppyseed, but I really like the ricotta cheese too.
